Terms

OpenVoice is Apache-2.0. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to pay, and no separate agreement between you and this project — the licence is the whole arrangement.

What you may do

Use it
For anything, including commercially, with no fee and no account.
Change it
Fork it, modify it, and ship your version.
Redistribute it
On its own or inside something larger, source or binary.
Use its patents
The licence includes an express patent grant from every contributor, which is the main thing Apache-2.0 adds over MIT.

What it asks in return

Keep the notices
Include the licence and any NOTICE file with copies you distribute.
Say what you changed
Mark modified files as modified.
Do not imply endorsement
The licence grants no rights to the project's name or marks.

No warranty

The software is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, and no contributor is liable for damages arising from using it. That is the standard Apache-2.0 disclaimer and it is worth reading rather than skipping, because this is alpha software that installs a global keyboard hook and can synthesize keystrokes.

The summary on this page is a plain-language reading for orientation. It is not the licence, and where the two differ the licence governs.
